Research shows that most DUI arrests in Chicago happen at night from 11 PM to 4 AM.  Young men in there early twenties are the highest offenders, and most DUI arrests happen to people under thirty – f ive years of age.  A DUI arrest can result in very serious punishment which can include loss of driving privileges, fines and even jail time.  The fact that the most DUI arrests happen during these hours is not a surprise as most people are out socializing after work and in the evening, etc…
